For the most part, Teenie Cheerleaders seems to be a site full of scavenged pictures. These range from being very professional shots of cheerleader competitions or performances on the field, to images from real cheerleaders' online profiles, hanging out behind the scenes and having fun. In terms of sexier content, there isn't too much of it.
The sexiest bit I found was of two Japanese cheerleaders making out with each other. I didn't see nudity anywhere else in the library. For the most part you'll get a series of images from the cheerleaders performances at football games and the like. The good thing is that these pictures are very professional, and have great lighting and camera work. The girls glow in their performance. If you came looking for more illicit material you will be disappointed, but you can find plenty of such amateur smut on the 19 bonus sites.
