Like all DVD Archives I know, Only Beef is a collector rather than a producer. They don't shoot porn movies or create exclusive content, they just collect a ton of it together into one place for their members to have at it. The site has been online three years at the time of my visit and has pretty massive collection which totals over 800+ different DVDs.
A lot of porn is always a good thing but as I dug through the archives, browsed the DVD titles and looked at the different series they carried I noticed that most of them are at least several years old, and quite a few are put out by small or amateur studios. Its pretty clear that those after very high quality and recent productions (anything made after 2005 really) probably won't fit in well with what Only Beef has to offer. What they do offer is a lot of variety, though. A quick glance at their categories speaks volumes. There are 29 of them and they have the classics (outdoor, latin, toys, uniform) as well as some more niched ones like leather, military, glory hole, fetish, bondage, and interracial.
DVDs like Lay It On Thick and Drill Me Good offer a few scenes each, most of them running 20 minutes long on average. You can download the movies in Windows Media files that have a good quality playback. You can also stream the same WMV file instantly online. There were no other media types to pick from, though. The movies do look good in the 640x480 resolutions they come in, but other media choices would be nice to have: MP4s for iPods, and Flash for streaming are two examples that come readily to my mind. There are no photographs or screen caps for the scenes, either.
Only Beef updates regularly once a week, putting a full DVD online. This makes for a few surprises a month, even if you become very familiar with the huge back catalogue of DVDs in the archive (which I imagine would take many many months of viewing at the very least). With no bonuses or extras, the updates come up huge.

Only Beef has lots of gay porn, makes regular updates, and gives members unlimited access to download and stream to all of the library. In hand with the diversity of its content, it can be a really great pick for some surfers. Those that are only interested in recent releases and big name studios and stars won't be as thrilled with the offerings here, though. If you fall into the latter group, I'd recommend you keep browsing elsewhere. Otherwise, definitely pay Only Beef a visit.
