Naughty Midwest Girls is a stark, simple, and very plain in its design of the members area. Don't expect any fancy tools, categories or really anything advanced what so ever. Set on a black background is a table of colorful, amateur thumbnail photographs captioned with the name of the model that appears in the scene.

When you click through to any particular model's page you'll find another black page with thumbnail pictures. These ones link to the picture galleries or video clips of the model (they are labeled). This is the extent of the site. Each model usually has a few pics and galleries, sometimes a series from the same shoot, other times a mix of shoots. Girls get completely naked, give OV blow jobs, have sex, bathe and shower and otherwise find ways to simulate you with their all natural, girl-next-door nakedness.

I counted a total of 20 video clips in the library and most are just a few minutes long. You can save them only in one format, a DVD quality Windows Media file that looks sharp.
