Freetour offers: The only thing lacking about this free tour is the fact that there are no sample videos. They make up for it somewhat by having animated images depicting a second or so of action for each scene previewed on the tour, but it would be a lot better if you could see for yourself just how high the quality of these videos is. General impression: This site is wild. I've seen medical fetish websites and websites featuring girls getting fucked while they're asleep, but I've never come across a site that combines these two niches together. Of course I was pretty shocked when I first saw it, but it is of course just fantasy. One that seems to be surprisingly popular, too. At quick glance in the member's area confirmed my first impressions; this site is great.

Bravo's opinion:  The design of the member's area has the same overall theme of the tour, but it's a lot less busy. It's pretty simple and finding your way around the archives of content is pretty easy. There's two main areas: pictures and videos. There's also the bonus content area, but more about that later.

Each Medical Fuckers episode has a video scene and is accompanied by a high quality set of photos. These aren't the low quality video stills you sometimes see which have just been thrown into a gallery. These pictures are the real deal and measure in at an impressive 1280 x 853 pixels in size. The number of pictures available in each gallery is also impressive. You can expect to find around 100 pictures in each gallery. I had a look at the first six galleries and of these only one had less than 100 pictures available, and it had 97. So it wasn't exactly far off the mark.

Videos are only available in Windows Media Video (WMV) which for me isn't a bad thing, because it's my preferred format for porn site video content. My only complaint about the videos is that they're only available in clip format. I would have loved to have had access to a single full-length file for each scene. Clips are available spliced into 2-minute or 5-minute long segments. Naturally, the 5-minute videos are easier to manage when viewing. Here's a little tip for you guys when you do encounter a website that only offers clips. And it'll work a treat just so long as they offer downloadable videos like Medical Fuckers do. Once you've saved all the videos, add them into a play list in your media player. You'll be able to watch them “hands free” (if you know what I mean) without having to stop whatever you're doing to go onto watching the next video. And often times you won't even notice the swap from one clip to the next. So what about the file quality of the videos inside Medical Fuckers? Well they're impressive to say the least. How about videos measure 768 x 576 pixels in size which are encoded at a whopping 1220kbps (1.2Mbps). To put things in perspective, most paysites still offer video as small as 320 x 240 (the Medical Fuckers videos are over 5 times as large) which are encoded only as high as about 500-600kbps. Trust me when I say that makes a huge difference in terms of quality.

The videos don't run for a particularly long time, but they're not very short either. I didn't come across a single video that wasn't at least 20 minutes in length, which is a good amount of time in my opinion.

Currently (as of June 14, 2007), the Medical Fuckers archive is made up of just 17 exclusive scenes. Don't despair, though. The site is new and it hasn't had a chance to establish its archive just yet. This will change very quickly though with weekly updates being added consistently. By the time you read this review, there will surely be more scenes available. But to tide you over in the mean time there's also a reasonable collection of high quality bonus content for you to check out.

Those 17 scenes mean that by my estimations, you'll be getting access to over 1700 high quality, high resolution images and at least 5 hours of extremely high quality video content.

So what exactly happens in a typical Medical Fuckers scene? Let me set the scene. Some trusting young babe arrives at the doctor's office for a checkup.
